Responsible for contacting potential and current customers and answering questions/enquiries regarding all company’s products. •
Resolve customer issues and escalate same where necessary to the line Manager.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
• Answering questions about products or the company and dealing with complaints and doubts.
• Follows up on applications to ensure disbursement and dispatch to customers.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements.
• Close sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship
• Attend to any other function that may be assigned
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Candidate must have at least 1 year industry experience in same role
• Analytical/ Detailed • Selling skills • Excellent Communication skills • Writing/Reporting skills • Presentation skills • Ability to handle pressures and setbacks • Ability to convert leads to sales • Good product knowledge/sales background • Possess the ability to apply sales concept • Focused, Trainable, Able to meet deadlines, Adaptive to change.
